This is an exceptionally rare opportunity to become the trusted right hand to a high-profile Principal.
We're seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is passionate about delivering world-class support. This is far more than a traditional EA role—you'll become an integral part of the Principal's professional and personal world, ensuring every aspect of their life runs seamlessly.
Working across business, lifestyle, and household operations, you'll be responsible for managing an incredibly dynamic schedule, coordinating international travel, overseeing multiple luxury residences, and acting as the key point of contact for an extensive network of advisors, lawyers, business managers, and household staff.

The Role
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinating an ever-changing schedule of meetings, commitments, and international travel.
- Managing multiple high-end properties and overseeing household staff and contractors.
- Planning luxury travel, holidays, and private events.
- Handling confidential correspondence, contracts, expenses, and budgets.
- Acting as gatekeeper and trusted liaison for key stakeholders.
- Providing proactive lifestyle, family, and personal support with absolute discretion.
About You
- You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant or Private PA with a proven background supporting UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, or senior executives.
- Calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, and endlessly resourceful, you'll instinctively stay one step ahead and enjoy solving problems before they arise.
- Discretion, professionalism, and flexibility are essential, as is the ability to adapt to changing priorities and travel internationally when required.
