Executive Assistant to Founder — London (onsite)

We're recruiting on behalf of our client: a founder running a family office alongside a growing demi-fine jewellery brand.

This is a genuinely varied role. No two days look the same, and the person in this seat needs to be comfortable with that — not just say they are at interview. You'll be the first point of contact for the founder's diary, inbox and day-to-day operations across both businesses, working closely with senior team members.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a complex, constantly shifting calendar across several time zones
  • Acting as gatekeeper and first responder for emails, calls and messages, triaging what needs attention now and what can wait
  • Coordinating travel, logistics and meetings, often at short notice
  • Liaising with the wider team to keep things moving without needing everything spelled out
  • Handling business and personal admin — this is a founder role, not a 9-to-5 corporate one
  • Preparing briefing notes, documents and correspondence
  • Managing confidential information with discretion
  • Anticipating what's needed before being asked

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
