What You Will Do
- Support an executive or a small team of executives with day-to-day office coordination as an Executive Assistant.
- Prepare, edit, proof, format, and produce professional documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics with pace and professionalism.
- Handle inbound telephone messages and ensure timely, appropriate relaying of information.
- Obtain and organise information for conferences, speeches, and reports when requested.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling business and personnel information as expected from a trusted Executive Assistant.

What You Will Bring
- Experience in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role, with strong administrative capability and proven experience supporting schedules, correspondence, and documents.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to edit and proof accurately.
- Organisational skills that help you prioritise workload and keep multiple tasks on track as an Executive Assistant.
- Confident handling of confidential information and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset, explaining processes clearly and following established policies and practices.
