An established global engineering business is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join them!

Working closely with the General Manager and divisional leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations across the UK and international locations. This is a highly visible position requiring someone who is organised, resilient and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be responsible for keeping senior leaders focused on strategic priorities, ensuring communication flows effectively across departments, and helping drive efficiency throughout the division.

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
  • Competitive Salary + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
  • Loughborough

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support to the General Manager and leadership team, ensuring priorities, schedules and key business activities are effectively coordinated.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and international teams, helping to align stakeholders and maintain momentum on business objectives.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, customer visits, overseas travel arrangements and divisional events.
  • Produce professional business communications, presentations and reports while managing sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support operational and strategic initiatives by monitoring actions, coordinating deliverables and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, aerospace or industrial environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business.
  • A confident and personable approach, with the ability to work effectively with different personalities and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills with experience building relationships across multiple functions and locations.
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and business activities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and business management systems.
  • Proactive, adaptable and capable of working independently while supporting a wider leadership team.
