Executive Assistant West End, London | Circa £285 per day (including holiday pay) | Temporary Assignment Until the End of December | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a globally recognised investment management firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly respected industry leader, alongside four senior investment professionals within a client-facing investment team.

This assignment is initially running until the end of December and is offered on a temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent, although this cannot be guaranteed. We are therefore keen to hear from candidates who are available immediately or on a short notice period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside one of the most respected individuals within their field, becoming a trusted partner in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless running of a busy investment team, managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally.

The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to a senior industry leader and four investment professionals.
  • Managing complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, visas and detailed itineraries.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, including high-profile client meetings.
  • Preparing meeting documentation, presentations and briefing materials.
  • Acting as a key liaison between executives, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Processing expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining client information within the firm's CRM system.
  • Supporting conference attendance, client events and wider team initiatives.
  • Assisting with onboarding new joiners and providing support across the wider Executive Assistant team where required.

About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within investment management, asset management, private equity, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Experience supporting senior front-office professionals with demanding and ever-changing workloads.
  • Exceptional diary management and international travel coordination skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work at pace.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to build credibility across all levels.
  • Available immediately or on a short notice period.
