Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership (Temporary)

Location: Cambridge
Salary: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 36.5 hours per week (fully office based)

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a busy and fast-paced organisation on a temporary basis. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. An immediate start is required.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy executive office, acting as a central point of coordination and supporting senior stakeholders with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing proactive executive support, including complex diary management and acting as a first point of contact
  • Managing correspondence and drafting professional communications on behalf of senior leaders
  • Preparing high-quality reports, briefings, and documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking actions
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the organisation of meetings, events, and hospitality arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Assisting with expenses, invoices, and travel arrangements
  • Providing flexible support across the wider team as required
