The Role

As a trusted partner to the CEO and CFO, you will:

  • Proactively manage diaries, meetings and priorities to maximise efficiency and effective use of time.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings and supporting logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate, professional documents, reports, meeting packs, presentations and briefing materials.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective working relationships on behalf of the executives.
  • Anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgement and resolve issues proactively.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, projects and wider business priorities.
  • Undertake other duties appropriate to the role as required.

This opportunity would suit a highly organised, professional and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers high-quality support at senior executive level. Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Significant experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, meetings and changing priorities.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, polished documents and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
