Executive Assistant PR/030671 12 month contract

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a small, high-performing investment firm as they enter a key growth and fundraising phase. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious EA who enjoys being close to the commercial side of a business and wants broader exposure beyond classic support responsibilities.

Role

Supporting senior leadership, this role combines traditional EA responsibilities with broader project and fundraising coordination. You'll manage complex diaries, inboxes, travel and stakeholder communications, while also helping to coordinate key business initiatives, track actions, manage CRM activity, and ensure projects move forward effectively. This is a highly visible role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
