Description

The Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to business leaders within P&C Direct Property Team.

Proactivity, confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are among the core skills required for this role. This role would likely suit somebody willing to take on significant responsibility.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be As Follows

  • Providing top-level administrative support to senior members of the team, to include complex diary management
  • Ensure effective trip management – organizing sales meetings with identified target clients and managing a trip schedule for both domestic and international travel
  • Processing expense claims, telephone liaison, and interaction with clients, plus assisting in any other administrative-related matters, as required
  • Effective conference planning and organization, including arranging client meetings
  • Assisting in the organization of quarterly client conferences plus any supporting seminars
  • Execution and scheduling of sales campaigns – ensuring the team is rapidly following up and organizing meetings as required
  • For internal or external meetings – arranging logistics, preparing and producing meeting materials, and managing follow-up actions as needed
  • Attending meetings and training sessions as appropriate

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Flexible, adaptable, and a good team player with excellent people skills and the confidence to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding technical skill in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
