Executive Assistant West Hampstead, London | £50,000–£65,000 DOE

We are working with a successful and growing property company based in West Hampstead who are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to senior leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being at the heart of a growing business.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, ensuring their time, priorities and day-to-day responsibilities are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries and schedules
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and conference calls
  • Preparing meeting materials, presentations and reports
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence and responding on behalf of senior executives where appropriate
  • Supporting with property-related projects and business initiatives
  • Coordinating events, meetings and team activities
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise

About You

The successful candidate will be a polished and experienced Executive Assistant with excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or Directors as an EA
  • Experience working in property, real estate, finance, professional services or a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Exceptional diary and inbox management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and external contacts
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
