C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a leading global Private Equity firm
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a highly respected investment environment, offering excellent benefits, hybrid working and a collaborative team culture in the heart of London.

You'll join a network of experienced Executive Assistants who work closely together across multiple international locations, sharing knowledge and providing support when needed.

The successful Executive Assistant will enjoy significant exposure across the business, strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to be part of a high-performing international team.
Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Extensive diary and calendar management for Senior Managing Directors, coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and board-related activity
- Managing international and domestic travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and travel logistics
- Organising team events, European offsites, client lunches, dinners, and business functions
- Providing business support including document preparation, presentations, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across Europe, APAC, and North America
- Coordinating video conferences, calls, and meetings using Microsoft Teams and other communication platforms
- Processing expenses and supporting wider administrative requirements
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Working closely with other Executive Assistants to provide team support and holiday cover
- Building strong relationships across the business whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

What background and experience are the company looking for?
The ideal Executive Assistant will bring proven experience supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience within investment, financial services, banking, professional services, or a similar commercial setting would be highly advantageous.
You will also have:
- Strong Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders at Managing Director level
- Outstanding diary management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating international travel and complex logistics
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the wider Executive Assistant team
- Fluent written and verbal English
