Executive Assistant | Boutique Executive Search
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Location: Central London (3 days WFH)
A well-regarded boutique executive search firm is looking for an outstanding EA to support one partner within their interim practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected business and further develop your career in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Extensive scheduling, meeting coordination, and interview management
- Inbox management for the Partners
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Preparing and formatting high-quality, client-facing documents
- Coordinating international travel arrangements

About You:
- Prior experience within executive search, private equity, or consulting is essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting in a fast-paced, boutique environment is advantageous
- Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and clients at all levels
