Overview Of The Role
We are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to work within our Tax team - someone who remains calm, on top of their workload, and always has a sense of humour. The right candidate will have some experience of dealing with busy professionals, working with tight deadlines and being one step ahead of their team’s needs.

This role requires someone who is versatile, willing to be flexible, as well as friendly and confident. You must have excellent communications and organisation skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Extensive diary management for Managing Directors
- Coordinating office lunches, meeting rooms, parking
- Travel booking - hotels, flights, cars, visas, trains
- Submitting weekly timesheets
- Completing expenses and tracking expense statements
- Submitting invoices and liaising with accounts department
- Printing, binding and scanning of documents
- Booking venues for breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings
- Assisting in the organisation of any internal and external events
- Distributing incoming post and handling outgoing post requests for the team
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Minute taking during team meetings and follow up on action points when required
- Various administrative tasks
- Editing Word documents, Excel documents and PowerPoint documents
- Liaising with billing team
- Maintaining business activity on CRM database (Salesforce)
- Liaising with wider business support functions
- Supporting on wider team events
- Assisting with onboarding of new team members
- Collaboration with wider EA team and Office Manager
- EA Holiday Cover
- Maintaining team holiday records
- Produce first draft of monthly newsletter, liaising with team members to gather information
- Supporting the wider team with various ad hoc requests

Essential Requirements
- Number of years experience in an Executive Assistant or admin function
- Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to quickly establish relationships with external clients and their EAs
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be organised and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Pro-active nature
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
