  • Building strong working relationships with Partners, clients, fee earners and internal teams.
  • Supporting client onboarding, including completing and coordinating AML and compliance checks.
  • Assisting with the billing process, including monitoring WIP, coordinating billing deadlines and liaising with the wider team and Finance.
  • Managing financial and matter-related administration, including chasing outstanding bills where required.

  • Developing a strong understanding of the Partners' clients, matters, priorities and practice area.
  • Taking ownership of tasks and managing workloads effectively against deadlines and changing business requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with central business support teams to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and introduce best practice across the team.
  • Acting as a professional and client-focused ambassador for the Partners and the wider firm.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships and contributing positively to the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
