Executive Assistant
9-Month Fixed-Term Contract | West End, London | £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working
Working Pattern
- Three days per week in the office, with additional office attendance required during the initial onboarding period.
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support the Head of the Credit team alongside the wider investment professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing investment business where you'll become a trusted member of the team, providing seamless support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Supporting senior investment professionals, you'll manage complex schedules, coordinate international activity and build strong relationships across both the London office and global business.
The Role
- Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Head of the Credit Opportunities team and wider investment professionals
- Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries
- Organising internal meetings, conference calls and video meetings
- Planning and coordinating team off-sites, events and wider team activities
- Processing expenses using Concur
- Building strong relationships with colleagues across international offices, particularly the US team
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing wider administrative support and assisting with team initiatives as required

About You
- Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within private equity, investment management, banking, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong experience managing complex diaries, international travel and changing priorities
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive approach with the confidence to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience using Concur would be advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
