Executive Assistant to CEO & Chief Commercial Officer

i247 Group | Poole, Dorset | Hybrid & Flexible Working

Full Time or Part Time with transition to Full Time | Permanent

Looking for a role with real impact, flexibility, and career growth?

We're looking for an exceptional individual to become a trusted partner to our CEO and Chief Commercial Officer. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a growing and ambitious business, helping senior leaders stay focused on the priorities that matter most while creating structure, clarity and momentum across a fast-moving environment. You may already be an experienced Executive Assistant, or you may be someone with outstanding organisational skills, commercial awareness and a natural ability to keep people, projects and priorities aligned. If you have the drive, potential, and ambition to grow into the role, we'd love to hear from you. What matters most is your ability to bring calm, focus and organisation to an ever-changing landscape, helping our leadership team operate at their very best.

About Us

At i247 Group, we're on a mission to become the most trusted, innovative and solution-driven partner in automotive technology and services.

Everything we do is built around our core values:

People

We put people first and believe great businesses are built by great teams.

Passion

We bring energy, commitment and pride to everything we do.

Deliver

We take ownership, follow through on our commitments, and strive for excellence.

Solutions

We stay curious, adaptable, and focused on finding the best way forward.

These values shape our culture, guide our leadership, and influence how we work together every day.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become a trusted extension of the CEO and CCO, helping them navigate busy schedules, competing priorities and strategic initiatives. You'll create the structure that allows them to focus on leading the business whilst ensuring critical actions continue progressing behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our People & Culture Leader to support company-wide initiatives, leadership activities, internal communications and employee engagement programmes, particularly when members of the executive team are travelling or away from the office. You'll have direct exposure to business leadership, strategic planning, commercial decision-making, organisational development and high-profile projects across the Group. For someone who is ambitious, curious and eager to develop, this role offers exceptional opportunities to learn, grow and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Proactively manage the diaries, priorities and commitments of the CEO and CCO
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Prepare agendas, briefing papers, presentations and meeting packs
  • Track actions and ensure commitments are followed through
  • Manage communications and correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership and teams across the business
  • Support confidential business, commercial and people-related matters
  • Assist with strategic projects and leadership initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Create systems and processes that improve efficiency

  • Create the calm and focus that allows leaders to perform at their best

Culture & People Support

  • Partner closely with our People & Culture Leader
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Assist with leadership meetings, workshops and off-site activities
  • Help coordinate internal communications
  • Support cultural initiatives when executives are travelling or working remotely

Career Development

This role offers a front-row seat to how a fast-growing business operates.

You'll work directly alongside the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, gaining exposure to:

  • Strategic planning and business growth initiatives
  • Commercial decision-making
  • Leadership development
  • Organisational transformation
  • Senior stakeholder engagement
  • Board-level reporting and business planning
  • Company-wide operational and cultural initiatives

You'll see first-hand how senior leaders solve problems, make decisions and drive growth. For someone with ambition, curiosity and a desire to grow, this role provides an outstanding platform for long-term career development.

A Flexible Role Built Around Trust

Let's be honest. Supporting senior executives isn't always a 9-5 role. There will be occasions when important communications need attention outside of standard working hours. There will be company events, leadership meetings, team activities and business functions that happen in the evenings or away from the office. Sometimes priorities will shift quickly and you'll need to adapt. We're looking for someone who understands that executive support is about outcomes, responsiveness and partnership rather than watching the clock. In return, you'll be trusted to manage your time with flexibility and autonomy. This role is about helping our leaders create balance, focus and effectiveness in their roles while allowing you the flexibility to work in a way that supports your own commitments and wellbeing too.

Flexible Entry Options

We recognise that exceptional candidates don't always fit into a traditional recruitment box. This role can begin on a part-time basis, allowing you to develop your understanding of the business, build strong relationships with the leadership team and grow into the position over time. As responsibilities increase and confidence develops, there is the opportunity to transition into a full-time Executive Assistant role, with greater ownership, exposure and responsibility across the business. We value capability, attitude and potential just as highly as experience.
