Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team here at Disney, on a 9-month fixed term contract!
The successful Executive Assistant will provide total executive and administrative support to our SVP & GM, Direct to Consumer EMEA, enabling them to operate effectively through exceptional organisation, prioritization, stakeholder management, and judgement.
The postholder will play an integral part in our DTC EMEA Leadership team and it is therefore important that the postholder is able to build trusted relationships across the business, whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of executive priorities and leadership team objectives.
Please note: This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
Provide proactive executive support to the SVP & GM, including:
- Build a trusted partnership with the SVP, developing a deep understanding of their priorities, working style, and strategic objectives.
- Protect the executive’s time through effective prioritization, proactive diary management, and sound judgement.
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities, and anticipating future demands.
- Manage executive communications, triaging correspondence, and enabling timely, informed decision making.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions to maximize leadership effectiveness.
- Coordinate complex international travel, ensuring seamless execution and contingency planning where required.
- Manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Be an integral member of the DTC EMEA leadership team:
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across departments, regions, and international teams.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered.
- Support executive communications including reports and leadership updates.
- Acts as a trusted strategic partner and confidant to the SVP, serving as their trusted eyes and ears across the organisation. Uses insight, judgement, and strong relationships to identify emerging issues, gauge team morale, anticipate risks, and provide informed observations that support effective decision-making and organisational leadership.
- Anticipate risks or challenges and proactively propose solutions where appropriate.
- Support on team events and away days as appropriate.

- Collaborate with other assistants both within the Disney EMEA Leadership team, the DTC team, and across other LOB’s.
Additional Responsibilities
- Line management of the DTC Team Assistant.
- Undertake project work and business initiatives as required.

- Accountable to the SVP, DTC & GM, Disney+ EMEA
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Significant experience supporting senior executives within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Confident using workplace technology and digital collaboration tools to improve executive effectiveness and business efficiency.
- Previous line management or coaching experience is desirable, with the ability to support and develop others through regular feedback and guidance.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.
- Excellent judgement and decision-making ability.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining a strategic perspective.
