Why this role matters
Join Vorwerk as an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organisational and coordination support to the General Manager/SVP Sales across multiple markets and clusters. In this role, you'll manage calendars, travel, meetings and leadership materials, ensuring priorities are handled efficiently and professionally. Your work helps coordinate key area meeting events, strengthen collaboration with country teams and local Executive Assistants, and support smooth cooperation with internal functions and external partners.
What you’ll do
- Provide proactive administrative and organisational support to the General Manager/SVP Sales in daily business activities
- Manage a complex calendar, including meeting scheduling, prioritisation and conflict resolution
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and correspondence
- Support leadership meetings, business reviews, market visits and management discussions
- Track follow-ups and action points to ensure timely completion
- Act as a trusted contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager/SVP Sales
- Support coordination across markets and clusters, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
- Liaise with country teams and local Executive Assistants to coordinate priorities, deadlines and inputs
- Lead the planning and organisation of Area Meetings across different countries
- Coordinate agendas, presentation flows, participant communication and meeting logistics
- Ensure professional on-site execution of meetings and follow up on documentation and next steps

What you bring
- Several years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Assistant or similar coordination role supporting senior leadership
- Experience in an international, matrix or multi-country environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, stakeholder coordination, leadership meetings and cross-market events
- Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions and senior stakeholder groups
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive, reliable and well-structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
- Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and adaptable to changing priorities
- Very good command of MS Office and relevant collaboration tools
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
Key Role Information
- Location: Richmond, TW9
- Hybrid working, however, International Travel may be required to continue supporting the General Manager/SVP Sales
- Reporting to: General Manager/SVP Sales
- Employment: Full time, Permanent
- You must have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available
