Executive Assistant – German Speaking
Salary: Up to £50,000
Contract: 12-month maternity cover
Working: Flexible working
An established boutique executive search and advisory firm with an international client base is looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Executive Assistant to join its team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Working closely with a Founding Partner, you’ll provide high-level executive support while also playing an active role across business development, client and candidate coordination, events and wider office operations.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business, managing multiple priorities and taking ownership. No two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary, inbox and meeting management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Organising meetings, industry events and client engagements
- Preparing presentations, reports and client materials
- Managing CVs and candidate communications
- Supporting client and candidate coordination throughout the search process
- Conducting research and maintaining internal systems
- Assisting with business development activity
- Providing wider administrative and operational support to the team

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with senior stakeholders.
You will have:
- Native or business-fluent German, both written and spoken
- Previous Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting at senior level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
- A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- The confidence to build positive relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
- A willingness to get involved across the business and take ownership
