Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £30,000

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, fully onsite

We are supporting an established organisation in Cambridge with the recruitment of an Executive Assistant. This varied role will provide senior-level administrative support, alongside responsibility for coordination, communications, events, and wider office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements for a senior Director.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare supporting documentation, and maintain accurate records and trackers.
  • Support communications with key stakeholders, including preparing letters, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of events, including guest coordination and logistical arrangements.
  • Provide wider administrative and organizational support across the team, helping to improve processes and ensure deadlines are met.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or senior administration role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator with a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proactive, reliable, and resourceful, with the confidence to work independently and use initiative.
