monday.com is hiring an Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand person to the GM of our EMEA Region as well as the Global VP of Partnerships. In this role, you will provide strategic administrative and project management support, handling calendar management and travel planning while serving as a full partner on projects, initiatives, and events.

The chosen candidate can build this role independently; with the right passion, the sky is the limit. You will join our Operations Team, based in our London office.

About The Role

Manage all administrative aspects of the GM EMEA and the VP of Partnerships in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

  • Point of contact for internal and external interfaces.
  • Oversee meeting coordination from sending invites, scheduling catering, securing meeting spaces, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Oversee executive-level hospitality and event logistics, ensuring flawless coordination for C-suite office visits, town halls, and internal forums.
  • Manage travel coordination, including booking flights, hotels, and local transportation.
  • Handle the VP’s matters with the highest confidentiality and time sensitivity.
  • Responsibility for special projects that are relevant to the work of the VPs.
  • Be part of the company's EA guild, contributing to a collaborative network of executive assistants and providing admin support and assistance across the business and senior leadership when needed.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in SaaS/Tech environment is a must.
  • You are a self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can multitask while remaining detail-oriented.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and self-driven; you can anticipate needs before we know they exist.
  • You are willing to accept and embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • BA degree is an advantage.
