The Opportunity

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can combine high-level executive support with the coordination of complex business reporting and senior leadership governance - this is a role with broad visibility across the business, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to make sure the right information is in the right hands, decisions are captured and actions keep moving.

This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant who understands how businesses operate and what senior leaders need to make good decisions. You'll be comfortable working across complex data and information from different areas of the business, spotting gaps or inconsistencies and turning it into clear, accurate and well-presented information for senior audiences.

You'll need experience supporting senior leadership teams, strong commercial awareness and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business. It's a role for someone who enjoys pace, variety and responsibility and who can move easily between executive support, business reporting and wider company priorities.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
