Executive Assistant – Credit Investment Team

West End, London | £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits | 9-Month FTC | Hybrid Working

Working Pattern

  • Three days per week in the office, with greater office presence during the initial onboarding period.

About the Role

We’re partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of its Credit Opportunities team alongside a group of investment professionals.

This is a busy, high-exposure role sitting within a front-office investment team, where you’ll work closely with senior professionals and become an integral part of how the team operates day to day.

The pace is fast and priorities can change quickly, so they’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident using their judgement. You’ll need to stay ahead of demanding schedules, anticipate what is needed and build strong relationships across both the London team and the firm’s international offices.

Joining an established and collaborative EA community, you’ll have the support of experienced colleagues whilst taking real ownership of the professionals you support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Head of Credit Opportunities alongside wider investment professionals.
  • Manage complex and constantly changing diaries, confidently prioritising meetings and resolving clashes.
  • Coordinate detailed international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and itineraries.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, conference calls and video meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a key point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders across the wider global business.
  • Build particularly strong working relationships with colleagues in the US, ensuring seamless coordination across offices and time zones.
  • Plan and coordinate team off-sites, events and wider team activities.
  • Process expenses accurately and efficiently using Concur.
  • Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they impact the team.
  • Support wider team initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing support and cover where needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
