Executive Assistant West End, London | £65,000–£75,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a fast-growing global investment bank to appoint an Executive Assistant to support a newly established front-office deal team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a significant period of growth, supporting a team as it establishes and expands its presence in London. Initially, you'll support a Senior Managing Director, Managing Director, and Vice President, with the team expected to grow to around eight investment professionals over the coming months.

Working alongside an experienced Executive Assistant team, you'll become an integral part of a collaborative, high-performing environment where Executive Assistants are viewed as genuine business partners. This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships from the outset, helping shape the support function as the team grows.

The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to a newly established front-office deal team, including a Senior Managing Director, Managing Director, Vice President, and junior investment professionals.
  • Building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, anticipating priorities, and ensuring the team operates as efficiently as possible.
  • Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, and end-to-end logistics.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, client calls, video conferences, and team schedules.
  • Preparing itineraries, meeting materials, and briefing packs to support a busy front-office team.
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and Executive Assistants across the wider business.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members as the London office continues to grow.
  • Assisting with team events, off-sites, and wider operational initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
