About the Client:
A leading international finance firm based in the West End. The business offers excellent benefits and a fast-paced, exciting environment!
About the Role:
Our client is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant in a long-term, temporary capacity. This role will support at Managing Directors, Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate level. This role will involve:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Reconciling expenses
- Supporting a range of individuals from Associate to MD level
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

Successful EAs will:
- Be available for ongoing temp work and be available for at least the duration of 2026
- Be highly professional and adaptable in nature
- Have a warm, dynamic, and dedicated attitude and nature, able to slot into their diverse yet close-knit teams across the business
- Have demonstrated experience as an EA in a similar corporate environment, including finance, consulting tech, or commercial sectors
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional information:
- Standard hours are 9am – 5.30pm
- 1-day WFH per week
- Salary up to £28 p/h, dependent on experience, plus holiday pay
- West End office location
