Executive Assistant to Managing Director Private Family Office & Investment Group
Location: City of London
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 (potential flexibility to £60,000 DoE)
Bonus: Discretionary
Working Pattern: 3-4 days per week in the office
Support Split: 50% Business / 50% Personal Support
Sector: Family Office / Private Investment Group
Global Footprint: Offices across Europe, the Middle East, the US and UK
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Executive Assistant to join a highly entrepreneurial international private investment group and family office. Supporting a Managing Director in a dedicated 1:1 capacity, this newly created role offers the chance to become a true right-hand partner, managing both business and personal affairs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is far more than a traditional diary management position. The successful candidate will gain significant exposure to senior leadership, international operations, strategic projects and a broad range of investment interests. The role offers genuine scope to grow alongside the executive and develop into a trusted business partner over time.
Executive Support
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating meetings and managing competing priorities
- Inbox management and administrative support
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact
- Preparing briefing materials and ensuring the executive is fully organised and prepared

Travel & Logistics
- Coordinating extensive international travel
- Managing visas, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries
- Handling last-minute changes and travel disruptions
- Supporting travel across multiple global locations
Personal & Lifestyle Management
- Managing personal administration and lifestyle requirements
- Coordinating appointments, reservations and bookings
- Supporting family office and charitable activities
- Handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
Projects & Operations
- Stakeholder coordination across the business
- Supporting operational and strategic projects
- Tracking actions and ensuring follow-through
- Bringing organisation, structure and efficiency to a busy executive's workload
About You
- 2-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar business support professional
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders, founders, partners or directors
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Naturally discreet, trustworthy and professional
- Keen to build a long-term partnership and grow within the role
