Executive Assistant

West End, London | £60,000–£65,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a globally recognised private equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support a high-performing front-office investment team.

Supporting a Managing Director alongside Vice Presidents and Directors, you'll become an integral part of the team, ensuring investment professionals can focus on transactions, portfolio management and investor relationships whilst you manage the operational demands of an exceptionally busy environment.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working at pace and taking ownership. You'll build trusted relationships with your stakeholders, anticipate priorities before they arise and provide the kind of seamless support that allows the team to operate efficiently, even when priorities are constantly shifting.

Joining a collaborative and highly regarded Executive Assistant function, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues in an environment where professionalism, teamwork and initiative are genuinely recognised.

The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to a Managing Director, Vice Presidents and Directors within the front-office investment team.
  • Managing highly complex and constantly changing diaries, ensuring priorities are managed effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and detailed logistics.
  • Coordinating investor meetings, portfolio company meetings, internal committees, off-sites and wider team events.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business.
  • Managing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day administrative support.
  • Monitoring competing priorities, anticipating challenges and resolving issues before they impact the team.
  • Working closely with the wider Executive Assistant team to provide support and ensure continuity across the investment platform.
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
