Executive Assistant

West End, London | £70,000–£75,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chairman and two Co-Heads within its Private Credit business.

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a high-performing front-office investment team, supporting three highly influential individuals in a role where you'll be viewed as a genuine business partner. Working at the heart of the business, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring your executives can focus on investment activity, client relationships and strategic priorities, whilst you seamlessly manage the operational demands of their day-to-day responsibilities.

The role offers genuine variety. Whilst the Chairman requires both business and personal support, the two Co-Heads are predominantly business focused, with responsibility extending across complex diary management, international travel, client meetings, committees and the smooth coordination of an exceptionally busy investment team.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trusted relationships with ease and enjoys taking ownership. Someone who naturally thinks ahead, exercises sound judgement and remains calm and composed, regardless of how quickly priorities change.

The Role

  • Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Chairman and two Co-Heads within the Private Credit business.
  • Managing exceptionally complex and constantly evolving diaries, balancing competing priorities and making informed decisions on behalf of your executives.
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas, accommodation and all associated logistics.
  • Providing business and personal support to the Chairman, ensuring every aspect of their schedule runs seamlessly.
  • Coordinating client meetings, investment committees and senior leadership meetings, ensuring all logistics and briefing materials are prepared to an exceptional standard.
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between your executives, clients, investors and colleagues across the business.
  • Monitoring priorities across the team, proactively identifying actions and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Managing expenses, correspondence and day-to-day executive administration with exceptional accuracy.
  • Building strong relationships with Executive Assistants and stakeholders across the firm's international offices.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
