Application Deadline: 8 October 2026
Department: Exec
Location: London, UK
Compensation: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (pro rated for the contract duration)
Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, scaling business in a high-impact executive support role. You’ll be a key support partner to three principals on a full-time basis, with additional support to two further principals as needed.
You’ll play a central role in keeping an international leadership team organised, connected and moving at pace — from complex calendars and global travel to meeting follow-through and action tracking. This is a role for someone who is highly autonomous, comfortable navigating ambiguity and confident making decisions and taking ownership without always having a clear playbook.
You’ll thrive in an environment where priorities can shift quickly, no two days look the same and there’s plenty of opportunity to make an impact. The ideal person will be proactive, commercially minded and naturally one step ahead, with the judgement and flexibility to support multiple senior stakeholders with different working styles.
This is a maternity leave contract beginning in December 2026 until August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate complex diaries across the leadership team, managing internal, client and external meetings
- Plan and manage international travel, including detailed itineraries, changes and last-minute adjustments
- Stay ahead of actions and priorities, proactively following up with leadership team members to keep things moving
- Capture and communicate meeting outcomes, ensuring key actions are clearly documented and followed through
- Support events and offsites, helping with logistics and coordination as required
- Assist with reports and presentations, including preparation and coordination where needed
- Build strong relationships across the wider business, with stakeholders and relevant client contacts
- Partner closely with Central Functions to ensure a consistent, joined-up approach to leadership support across the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
