Executive Assistant

Northreach supports growing businesses with specialist operational and business-support hiring. We are currently partnering with an established financial technology business seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide reliable support to senior leadership and contribute to the smooth running of the wider team.

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating requirements and keeping competing priorities organised. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will combine executive support with practical coordination and day-to-day administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange travel and prepare itineraries and supporting information.
  • Prepare meeting materials, correspondence and presentations.
  • Track actions and follow up with colleagues to keep priorities moving.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Build effective relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts.
  • Support team activities, employee recognition and general office coordination.
  • Work alongside the wider support team, providing cover and assistance when needed.

About you

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • A proactive approach, with confidence to anticipate needs and resolve practical problems.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Professional judgement when handling confidential matters.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
  • Willing to take ownership of both routine administration and more complex coordination.
  • Experience in financial services, technology or a growing business would be beneficial.
