Job Opportunity: Senior Executive Assistant to CEO
We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing specialist insurance start-up, who are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to become a trusted right hand during an exciting period of international growth.
This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced EA or Private PA who thrives on autonomy and enjoys delivering a seamless blend of business and private support. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you'll manage complex international schedules, travel, communications, and personal affairs, creating structure and ensuring the CEO's professional and private life runs effortlessly.

Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Private PA, Family Office Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, founder, entrepreneur, or high-net-worth individual
- Confidence providing a seamless combination of business and private support
- Exceptional complex diary and inbox management skills, including coordination across international time zones
- Extensive experience organizing international travel, detailed itineraries, and complex logistics
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising with senior executives and external clients
- Experience managing personal administration, household matters, property-related tasks, and lifestyle arrangements
- Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent judgement
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating autonomously with limited supervision
- Ability to anticipate needs, create structure, and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced, international environment
