As an Executive Assistant at BULKHEAD, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Senior Leadership.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing diaries, inboxes, travel, expenses and meetings, while also supporting studio events, and wider day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive and confident who can stay one step ahead, anticipate what’s needed and deal with issues quickly and efficiently. You’ll be comfortable working with people at all levels of the business and handling confidential and business-sensitive information with discretion.

You’ll be someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when something needs doing.
What you'll do
- Managing diaries, inboxes, meetings, travel and expenses for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Ensuring meetings and leadership activities run smoothly.
- Handling confidential information and studio communications.
- Supporting the wider studio operations when required.
- Planning and delivering studio events, including venues, catering, travel, logistics and budgets.
- Managing ad-hoc requests and projects for the Senior Leadership Team.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience managing multiple diaries, inboxes, expenses and confidential information.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Able to prioritise, multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive, flexible and able to use your initiative.
