Company Description

London Oxford Airport is a leading regional aviation hub in the UK’s Thames Valley, located between Heathrow and Birmingham and just six miles from central Oxford. The site hosts more than 25 aviation and aerospace businesses, including global leaders such as CAE, Airbus, and Gama Aviation, creating a dynamic specialist environment for professionals.

Role Description

The Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at London Oxford Airport in Kidlington. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant will contribute to efficient workflow, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, including calendar management and coordination of meetings.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, record keeping, and office coordination.
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports, budgeting support, and basic financial tracking.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently as well as collaboratively on-site.
  • Previous experience supporting executives in aviation, transportation, or a similar fast-paced environment is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is beneficial.
