Executive Assistant to Managing Director | White City, London | Hybrid - 3 days in the office | Up to £65,000 DOE + benefits
We're partnering with one of the world's most recognisable and loved premium consumer brands to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its MD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who has previously supported a founder-led individual, providing high-level, trusted support in a fast-paced and highly successful international business.
Working closely with the MD, you'll become a trusted right hand, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and ensuring they can operate at their best. You'll need the confidence and judgement to work with someone who is entrepreneurial, highly driven and accustomed to operating at pace.
What you'll be doing
As EA to the MD, you'll be trusted with a broad and genuinely interesting remit, including:
- Owning a complex, fast-moving diary, balancing competing priorities and ensuring the MD's time is focused where it matters most.
- Coordinating high-level internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing packs and supporting materials.
- Anticipating diary clashes and potential challenges before they arise, proactively finding solutions.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading presentations, reports and highly confidential documentation.
- Taking ownership of extensive UK and international travel, from flights and accommodation to visas and detailed itineraries.
- Managing expenses accurately through the company's expense management system.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, colleagues and external partners across the business.
- Acting as a highly professional gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Working closely with the wider EA team to provide seamless support across the Executive Leadership Team.
- Getting involved in additional projects and initiatives where your organisational skills and judgement can make a real difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
