Executive Assistant
Location: Fully based in our Sheffield office
Annual Salary: Starting salary of £32k per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (09:00-17:30, Monday - Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Are you an experienced executive assistant with a passion for operational excellence? Twinkl HQ is looking for an on-the-ground partner to a select group of senior leaders, supporting them as they lead critical growth, commercial, and operational initiatives.
As a central figure within our office environment, you will be deeply embedded in the strategic priorities of the leadership team, helping translate strategy into action while ensuring that our office-based culture thrives.
What you'll be doing:
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex executive calendars to optimise time, resolve conflicts, anticipate priorities and prepare leaders for high-value meetings.
- In-House Operational Support: Oversee end-to-end guest hospitality and meeting room logistics, including setup, meet and greets, catering, and post-event resetting.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries aligned with business objectives.
- Project Support: Provide hand-on support for growth initiatives, cross-functional projects, and leadership offsites by tracking actions and coordinating across teams.
- Communication: Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders while managing executive correspondence and documentation.
- Meeting Leadership: Organise leadership meetings in person and online, preparing required materials and tracking decisions, actions, and commercial implications.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline executive workflows and enhance in-office operational efficiency.

What you'll bring:
- Commercial Background: At least 2 years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments, with a solid grasp of business operations and financial priorities.
- On-Site Presence: Dedicated to being in the office to drive collaboration and serve as a central hub.
- Coordination: Experience in office management, event planning, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
- Solution-Oriented Organisation: Being proactive and adept at managing high-volume complexity, and capable of navigating ambiguity under pressure.
- Strong Judgment & Discretion: Sharp critical thinking skills to make sound, independent decisions while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
- Influential Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the confidence to influence and professionally challenge others.
