Executive Assistant / Account Manager – Sevenoaks, Kent or Waterloo, London
c.£50,000 + Bonus + Profit Share
We are specialist Recruitment Agency that works primarily within the Energy Trading and Commodities Market Sector.
Working within a close-knit team that supports each other, this job can be based in our Head Office in Sevenoaks or in our South Bank Offices close to Waterloo station.
We have a successful history spanning over 40 years and we have worked as the Lead Agency to one of the world’s leading Energy companies for over 20 years.
Most of what we do revolves around placing high calibre Technical IT Contractors into roles within Trading, as well as business-facing Energy Trading Consultants.

Typical job roles include Technical Developers, ETRM Business Analysts, Project Managers and Architects but we also work with Traders, Quants and Market Risk Consultants.
Ideally, we will be looking for someone who has previous experience within Energy or Commodity Trading or who has a strong background within Recruitment.
This is a varied role which covers both day-to-day Operations such as On-boarding for New Starters and issuing Contracts and supporting documentation. You will also be responsible for Contractor Extensions and Rate Reviews and working with the Recruitment team, helping with Reporting within Power BI and Advanced Excel.

You will also be involved in building relationships with a wide range of Contractors and Hiring Managers and no two days will ever be the same. A lot of what we do is through email and on the telephone but we also get out and meet with our Contractors on a regular basis.
