About the Role

Amazon Finance is seeking a bright, resourceful, and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors within the EMEA Finance organisation. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the operational backbone of a fast-paced, dynamic team — enabling senior leaders to focus on what matters most by expertly managing the rhythm of their business.

You'll support Directors leading teams with EMEA responsibilities. Their large, distributed teams span the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, making this a truly international role with variety, pace, and purpose.

Why This Role is Exciting

This isn't just calendar management, it's a strategic partnership. You'll operate at the heart of a high-performing finance organisation, working with leaders who are shaping Amazon's EMEA financial operations. Every day brings new challenges: from orchestrating complex international travel to coordinating large-scale events, from driving operational improvements to being the trusted person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

About You

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, both verbally and in written correspondence, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You possess exceptional judgement and discretion, can balance competing priorities with composure and professionalism, and react with appropriate urgency when situations demand a quick turnaround.

You are:

  • Highly organised — Extremely detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously
  • Self-motivated — Able to complete complex tasks and manage projects of varying scope with little to no guidance
  • Adaptable — Flexible and able to change direction at a moment's notice, responding effectively to changing workloads and priorities
  • Proactive — A natural problem-solver who anticipates what's needed before being asked
  • Positive — You bring energy, warmth, and a can-do attitude to everything you do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
