About The Test Centre Limited
The Test Centre Limited is the UK's busiest MOT-only testing station. We specialise exclusively in MOT testing and do not carry out vehicle servicing or repairs. Operating at a high volume requires exceptional organisation, efficiency, and customer focus.
The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and highly efficient Executive Assistant & Administration Manager to provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director, Operations Director and Operations Manager.
This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a hands-on approach to ensuring the smooth running of the business and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, Operations Director and Operations Manager.
- Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and business communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting notes.
- Coordinate office administration and maintain efficient systems and processes.
- Support HR administration, recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and external partners.
- Assist with company projects, compliance and operational initiatives.
- Maintain company records and confidential documentation.
- Organise company meetings and events.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency across the business.

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to use your own initiative.
- Professional, trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Experienced in providing executive or senior administrative support.
