Executive Assistant (6-12 Month FTC - Maternity Cover)

Are you an Executive Assistant who enjoys being more than just administrative support?
Do you thrive when you're at the centre of a business, working closely with senior leadership, coordinating key initiatives, influencing priorities, and turning information into action?
We're looking for an organised, business-minded Executive Assistant to support our Experis leadership team. This is a highly visible role that will see you working across strategic projects, leadership reporting, operational planning and executive support, making a genuine impact on the success of the business.
You'll become a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, helping to keep priorities on track, leadership teams aligned, and key business activities running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing

- Turning data and business information into engaging presentations and leadership reports.
- Coordinating meetings, actions and business updates.
- Supporting operational and strategic initiatives.
- Managing executive diaries and priorities.
- Working closely with leadership, strategy and operational excellence teams.
- Acting as a central point of coordination across a wide range of business activities.
What We're Looking For
You may already be an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, Project Coordinator, Operations Support professional, or someone in a business support role looking for your next challenge.
We're particularly interested in people who are:
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicators with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and advanced PowerPoint presentations.
- Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused.
