- A GBP 37.50
- A GBP 43.50/hr PAYE (depending on experience : inside IR35)
12 month initial contract

What You Will Do
- Own and optimise complex VP-level calendars, ensuring prioritisation, alignment, and conflict-free scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, and key events to a consistently high professional standard.
- Act as the key person for day-to-day office activities, driving smoother processes, vendor coordination, and workplace experience improvements.
- Support mobility and travel planning logistics with efficiency, reliability, and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate corporate communications so internal messages are clear, timely, and well-structured across stakeholders.
- Support Health and Safety administration, including audit and compliance tracking, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Bring
- Extensive experience in executive support, office operations, or a similar role, ideally supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional working ability, partnering confidently with teams such as HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Advanced organisation and time-management skills, with a proven talent for managing complexity and improving ways of working.
- Confident communication skills, with a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach, bringing structure to evolving situations and maintaining quality under pressure.
