We’re hiring: Executive Assistant & Office Manager
📍 Goswell Road, London | Full-time
Join Stellanor, a growing, private equity-backed data centre business, supporting our Managing Director and C-Suite while managing day-to-day office operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive support to the C-Suite, including diary management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, correspondence, and expenses.
- Track executive priorities and strategic initiatives, following up with stakeholders to support delivery against agreed deadlines and commitments.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, meeting papers, and other executive materials to a high standard.
- Support board and leadership governance, including meeting logistics, board packs, reports, and secure record-keeping.
- Establish and maintain an efficient, professional, and well-organized office environment at our North London site.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, suppliers, expenditure, and facilities requirements, securing value for money and resolving issues promptly.
- Plan and deliver North Star events and employee socials to agreed objectives, timescales, budgets, and standards.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain accurate, secure records.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Office Manager, ideally supporting senior leaders.
- Exceptional organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and sound judgement.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience supporting board or executive governance processes.
- A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving and improving administrative processes.
- The ability to work independently and remain composed in a fast-moving environment.
