About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Operations Support to provide strategic leadership by supporting the executive team while enhancing office operations, governance, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive professional who can effortlessly balance executive support with operational oversight, fostering a workspace that is both efficient and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership in Administrative & Operational Functions
- Proven ability to drive efficiency and innovation within an executive support framework.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience engaging, communicating with, and influencing senior leadership.

Technology & Productivity Leadership
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced AI applications).
- Experience using tools to optimise processes and increase business productivity.
- Willingness to adopt and implement new technologies to elevate operational capabilities.

Multitasking & Execution
- Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong focus on driving results in high-pressure environments.

Confidentiality & Professionalism
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive, confidential information.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams in:
- Professional services (consulting, advisory, or healthcare sectors)
- Fast-paced corporate environments
- Operations management expertise, including:
- Overseeing office operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, or procurement.
- Supporting internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, including:
- Compliance, data protection, health and safety, or quality management standards.
- Process improvement skills, including:
- Experience introducing new ways of working.
- Supporting introduction of technology adoption across the business.
