Role Description
The Executive Assistant – Arabic speaking will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership in a fast-paced advisory environment. This full-time, hybrid role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site work in Canary Wharf and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing complex calendars

- Preparing expense reports
- Drafting and translating correspondence in English and Arabic

The Executive Assistant will act as a key liaison, ensuring efficient workflow, proactive problem-solving, and professional representation of the firm.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document handling.
- Experience with Expense Reports and related financial administration, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Proven Executive Support capabilities, including handling sensitive information, prioritizing tasks, and supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent Communication skills in both English and Arabic, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing time and tasks across office and remote work.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, calendar and collaboration software) and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field; prior experience in advisory, consulting, or government-facing roles is an advantage.
