Executive Assistant
📍 Location: UK | Home-based | Limited international travel required
At Avendra International, we're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our SVP Supply Chain & GPOs Europe & Asia and CFO Supply Chain & GPOs Europe & Asia.
This is a key role supporting two senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of executive activities, managing priorities, coordinating global meetings and travel, and helping our leaders focus on strategic business objectives.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, discreet, and confident working with senior stakeholders across a global business. You'll be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, solves problems, and consistently delivers high-quality support.
✅ What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the SVP Supply Chain and CFO.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones.
- Prioritise competing demands and ensure leaders remain focused on strategic priorities.
- Coordinate complex international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation and meeting logistics.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, agendas and briefing materials.
- Organise leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls and off-site events.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, maintain decision logs and track actions to completion.
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, reports and leadership communications.
- Support strategic projects, annual planning processes, budgeting activities and business reviews.
- Maintain tracking tools and dashboards to monitor priorities and actions.
- Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and ways of working.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

🔎 What we're looking for
- Significant experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders within a global organisation.
- Exceptional diary and calendar management skills.
- Extensive experience coordinating international travel.
- Strong experience preparing agendas, minutes and action trackers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Professional, proactive and capable of working independently.
