Why we're hiring

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Global Reward Director. This is a critical role at the centre of WPP’s global People function. The role works closely with senior stakeholders in the People, Finance, Legal leadership team as well as the offices of the CEO and Board directors, ensuring the Global Reward Director’s time, priorities and interactions are well managed and aligned. Working in close partnership with members of the People Leadership Team, supporting the execution of the People leadership agenda and ensuring priorities are well coordinated day-to-day.

You will be highly responsive and comfortable thinking on your feet, with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift. You’ll bring structure, clarity and pace to a high-volume, complex environment—ensuring the CPO can operate effectively and focus on the highest priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
