Role Description

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of Sandhurst Trust, providing trusted and proactive support to the CEO while helping to ensure the Board, leadership team and wider organisation operate effectively and seamlessly. You will bring exceptional organisation, judgement and attention to detail to everything you do — anticipating needs, coordinating priorities and ensuring that important things happen at the right time.

You will also coordinate the annual Trustee Board and committee cycle, including agendas, papers, meeting logistics, records, decisions and action tracking, and act as a key point of contact for Trustees and senior stakeholders.

Alongside this, you will coordinate the onboarding of new team members, ensuring systems, equipment, access and induction arrangements are in place, and support the organisation of team meetings, away days and other internal activities. You will also oversee the practical running of the office, including facilities, equipment and supplies, while identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes, make better use of digital tools and support more efficient ways of working.
