We’re looking for an organised, proactive person who enjoys variety and takes pride in helping a business run smoothly.

You’ll provide EA support to RedLaw’s two founding Directors, while also supporting our recruitment team, Operations Manager and Marketing Director. From coordinating interviews and managing diaries to helping with social media, events and business projects, you’ll make a valued contribution across the business.

Executive support

  • Manage the Directors’ diaries, meetings, travel and day-to-day administration.
  • Liaise with senior clients and candidates, coordinating interviews and appointments.
  • Arrange board meetings, prepare documentation and help keep actions moving.
  • Provide personal administrative support when required and handle confidential information with discretion.

Recruitment administration

  • Support the Directors and wider team with the administration of recruitment assignments.
  • Keep our CRM, assignment records and interview and offer updates accurate.
  • Format CVs, coordinate agreements through DocuSign and assist with correspondence.
  • Help manage the central administration inbox and respond to team requests.

Marketing support

  • Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day administration, tasks and projects.
  • Help prepare, schedule and publish social media content, supporting RedLaw’s online presence.
  • Help organise marketing materials and track project actions and deadlines.

Operations support

  • Assist the Operations Manager with business projects and everyday office requirements.
  • Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Liaise with suppliers and assist with IT and company mobile phone administration.
  • Support internal events and help maintain a welcoming, well-organised office.

About you

You’ll bring experience in an EA, PA or varied business support role, ideally within recruitment or professional services. You’ll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and balancing requests from several colleagues.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is organised, accurate and able to prioritise changing demands.
  • Takes initiative, anticipates needs and follows tasks through.
  • Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships.
  • Uses sound judgement and handles sensitive information discreetly.
  • Is confident with Microsoft Office, databases and learning new systems.
  • Enjoys contributing across a small, collaborative business.
  • Has an interest in marketing and social media; practical experience would be welcome.
