EA – C-suite | Financial Services

City | Hybrid

£55,000 - £60,000

Meraki Talent is working with a Financial Services firm, looking for an EA to support multiple c-suites.

You will have solid experience as an EA within financial services with strong governance experience. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a highly organised and enjoys balancing executive support with board and committee governance responsibilities.

EA Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive diary management for multiple c-suite executives.
  • Arrange domestic travel, including accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
  • Process and reconcile expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and client meeting packs using Microsoft Office.
  • Prepare board and committee agendas, meeting packs, and supporting documentation.
  • Attend committee meetings and track actions through to completion.
  • Maintain governance calendars and ensure all meetings are scheduled in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Organise client meetings, including venue bookings, catering, meeting logistics, and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Assist with wider executive office projects and business initiatives as required.

  • Proactive, polished professional who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a regulated environment.
  • Previous Executive Assistant within financial services, banking, asset management, or professional services.
  • Strong exposure supporting in a governance function and committee meetings.
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
