About the Client:

A leading international finance firm based in the West End. The business offer excellent benefits and a fast-paced, exciting environment!

About the Role:

Our client is seeking to appoint a temporary Executive Assistant on an ongoing basis to support at C-suite level. This role will involve:

  • Extensive gatekeeping and the ability to work with autonomy.
  • Anticipating pressure points and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Navigating complex stakeholders with confidence and discretion.
  • Designing and refining systems, trackers and workflows.
  • Delivering seamless executive hosting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Managing sensitive travel and logistics.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Candidate Specification:

  • Proven track record of providing meticulous EA support, with previous experience of complex diary and travel management.
  • Experience of supporting at Partner, C-Suite or Senior Managing Director level is essential.
  • Previous experience in Private Equity is essential.
  • Must be team-oriented, muck-in and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills as well as time management and prioritization.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £33p/h (£68k full time equivalent) depending on experience.
  • Core hours are 9am – 5:30pm
  • Based in the West End
