Overview:

Provide executive support for the Technology Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in Acrisure International.

Responsibilities:

Inbox Management:

  • File/action/respond on behalf of the SLT where appropriate
  • Flag items for action where applicable

Diary Management:

  • Responsibility for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate a variety of client, market and internal meetings
  • Gatekeep diary and suggest opportunities to streamline schedules

Expense Management:

  • File monthly expense reports using Emburse
  • Review expense reports of direct reports to ensure they are submitted in line with company policy

Global Travel Management:

  • Extensive global travel bookings (predominantly US) including flights, hotels, car hire, transfers and any other logistics
  • Ensure bookings are in line with company policy
  • Identify and execute all visa requirements
  • Provide itineraries where required

Business Assistance:

  • Coordinate Team Leader meetings including agendas, minutes, action points
  • Create marketing collateral in line with Acrisure brand guidelines, in coordination with Marketing team

Event Planning:

  • Manage both internal and external events for the SLT and wider teams
  • Coordinate with wider Acrisure teams and corporate functions on group events
  • Suggest opportunities for hosting hospitality/events with clients and markets

Budget management and tracking:

  • Liaise with Marketing for Acrisure branded collateral where applicable

Key Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy and openly keen to embrace AI tooling
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Proven ability to work with a team or autonomously
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability
  • Proven ability to show initiative

Previous Experience:

  • Experience supporting SLT/C-suite (Tech, Start-Up, Professional services etc.)
  • Project and/or event management experience
  • Extensive calendar and travel management
